38 Books over 500 Pages to Keep You Reading For A While
If you’re looking for a good read that really lasts, then check out these big books over 500 pages. Breathe a little life into your reading list or give yourself a big challenge with a great book you can spend some time digging into. At minimum, the best books on this are 500, but many are 1000-page books!
I will admit, I have only read FOUR of these 38 books with a number of pages over 500. Though many are on my TBR list. Some of my favorite books are long but not quite epic, or they're long series of separate books. I tend to have trouble picking up a beefy book and committing to it. I vow to challenge myself differently next year.
Whether you're about to read your first book over 500 pages or are a seasoned reader of tomes, good things come to those who wait (and those who read through long books!) While none of these are a quick read, I guarantee some of these long novels will fly by!

Book lists are tricky because I know there are so many good books I didn't include! I don't remember the first novel I read with a big page count but I remember always feeling a sense of wonderment after I finish a particularly long book.
Both in awe of the ease they are to read after all, and admiration for the authors who plugged away and wrote them. (Though when I read anything the common theme is admiration and excitement, usually!)
